In early 2025, KD Flower Design entered a new era.
Under the ownership and creative direction of Ulrike Dorsman, the studio continues the legacy of Kate Dawes Flower Design. Building on the reputation established by Kate Dawes, the business has evolved into its next chapter. The studio has continued to evolve, delivering weddings, events and floral installations that blend romantic, garden-inspired florals with contemporary editorial design.
Based in Brisbane and working across South-East Queensland, Northern NSW and beyond, KD Flower Design specialises in crafting personalised floral experiences for weddings, corporates & events. Driven by a belief that every flower should have purpose, our work balances softness, movement and structure to transform venues into environments that feel elevated, intentional and unforgettable.
